Custom Speaking Event

I offer a dynamic speaking event tailored to your organization, giving up to 16 of your staff members the unique opportunity to present their own talks. Whether the event serves as a capstone for staff who have completed my Ignite talk training or is open to community presenters, each speaker will enjoy the chance to share a five-minute talk that inspires, educates, or entertains their peers. Working alongside your event planning team, I’ll ensure the venue suits your goals, whether they lean toward a private team-building experience or a public event to foster community connections.

In preparation for the event, I’ll lead rehearsals for all presenters, providing constructive feedback to refine their talks and boost their confidence. These rehearsals not only strengthen each presentation but also build a sense of camaraderie and support among participants, making for a truly engaging event. Each presenter will leave the session with insights and encouragement to deliver their best performance.

In addition to managing the event’s flow, I’ll act as the emcee (or share duties if preferred) to keep energy high, introduce speakers, and engage the audience. With adaptable goals to suit your organizational needs—whether that’s developing staff presentation skills, fostering community connections, or both—this event can be a memorable experience that resonates well beyond the final talk.
